Small Group Training

    • Three sessions available weekly for age groups 2013/14

    • Monday, Wednesday, 6-7 pm & Fridays 5:30 - 6:30 pm

    • Sessions limited to 10 players

    • 10-week program

    • All sessions at Evolved Sports Performance

    • Once spots are full, you’ll be added to a waitlist.

Our mission is simple

    Develop the physical foundation to dominate the field. Our gym sessions build strength and core stability, while plyo exercises increase explosive power, agility, and quickness.

    Every movement is designed to enhance your overall athletic performance and support your skills on the ball.

    Sharpen your game on our Turf: Juggling/Aerial Control, Passing & Receiving, and Dribbling stations.

    Focus on precision, timing, and creativity to control the game under pressure and execute with confidence every time you touch the ball.

  • Competitive drive and determination.

    Our Ball & Body Control station teaches players to assert themselves, win challenges, and approach every play with intensity.

    Learn to combine skill with confidence and apply pressure effectively in every game scenario.

  • Smart decisions and game intelligence.

    Improve your spatial awareness, reaction time, and ability to make smarter choices on the field.

  • Discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship.

    Every station reinforces the mental and emotional side of the game. Players learn to push through challenges, support teammates, and approach training with focus and a growth mindset — building habits that carry from practice to match day.
